Book Review

Besotted (Carmel Cove #3)

Review By:Hendrik van den Bergh

Dr Rebecca Sharp did an amazing job with the third installment to the Carmel Cove series. Besotted is well- written and easy to read. There wasn’t a dull moment throughout the whole story.

Eve Williams wants a fairytale prince and a forever. She is not the one for a one-night stand. The moment she met Miles Madison, brother of Mick, she felt a connection. A connection she couldn’t deny.

Miles Madison is not the fairytale prince that Eve believes he could be. He is charming and very popular under the ladies. One-night stands are the best option for him. One serious relationship that ended has broken his believes in a forever with any other girl. The moment he realizes that Eve wants more than just one-night, he walked away.

Something unexpected happened between the two of them that could either bring them closer together or break them apart forever.

I loved the story of Miles and Eve. No friendship or relationship is perfect.

Do not let something or someone from your past destroy your current happiness.

Besotted can be read as a stand-alone, but I would recommend that you read the first two installments before starting with the third installment.

It is a MUST READ.
