I was impressed with the first installment to the North Haven Series. It’s a crossover from the Haven Grace Prep Series and was absolutely perfect.

Kelsey has a way to just bring life into a story and to keep your mind occupied the whole journey through. There is never a dull moment in the life of the characters she creates.

Zayn Bronsyn enrolled to the North Haven University with his best friend, Easton Donovan. They do everything together. The last time he saw Amelia was when she was thirteen and looked very different. He can’t keep his eyes off her, but he knows that it will be wrong to react on his feelings. Amelia is Easton’s sister.

Amelia can’t believe that Zayn is still the hot guy she remembers and she hopes that he is the same guy. The only problem in her mind is that he will always see her as his best friend’s sister and not more than that. She tries everything to catch his attention.

Zayn keeps secrets from the people he loves to protect them. He doesn’t like to keep the secrets, but it feels like the only way.

It is a well-written book. I was hooked from the first chapter.

I would say that you can read Corrupt My Mind as a standalone. To enjoy the story more, start with the Haven Grace Prep Series

Kelsey Clayton is an amazing author and I will definitely recommend her to anyone that loves Contemporary Romance. If you love a best friend’s sister romance, this is the book for you.

It is a MUST READ.
